How can I speed up my bowling arm?


Hey Suryapratap,

There are a number of ways in which you can speed up your bowling arm:

1. Generate more momentum (energy) and transfer that energy to your upper body through a solid block in the crease.

2. Condition your upper body to be strong, fast and explosive. You can do this through strength, power/plyometric and speed training.

Don’t expect results overnight. True athletic development takes time and you’ll need to be consistent and disciplined to see results.
