At what age does pace come if you’ve been training in the gym?
Pace is a combination of technique, fitness and mindset. It’s great that you’ve been training in the gym – but don’t’ expect to see instant results. Gaining strength takes time. As you get stronger, you’ll notice the difference but you need to be consistent with your training for that to happen.
New Zealand fast bowler, Lockie Ferguson, told us that ever since he started strength training, he didn’t get as many niggles. Look out for that podcast – it’s out in about 6 weeks.
