In this episode, we speak to Jock Campbell, the Strength & Conditioning coach of the Australian National Cricket Team from 2000 – 2005. During his time, he worked with legendary fast bowlers such as Brett Lee, Mitchell Johnson, Glenn McGrath and Shaun Tait to name a few.

Jock speaks about his transition from playing cricket to becoming one of the first fitness professionals to work in professional cricket in the 90’s. Jock goes on to explain his philosophy to training when he starts to work with a bowler irrespective of what level they play at.

Jock then explains in great detail, the reason he and Mitchell Johnson created the Bowlfit App which is aimed at helping fast bowlers of all levels reach their full physical fitness potential.
