Finding The Right Tempo in Your Run Up & Dealing With Injuries - George Scrimshaw

In this episode, George tells us about his experience over the winter on the ECB Pace Programme and the type of gym training he did which helped him gain pace. He speaks about the importance of finding the right tempo in his run up which helped him stay strong and in control at the crease to generate top speed. He goes on to explain how he likes to warm up before bowling to activate his core and avoid any strains.
